All data listed below is erased immediately upon confirmation. There is no recovery period.
How to Delete Your Account
Account deletion can be performed directly inside the Somnia app — no email required. Follow these steps:

Open Somnia on your device.

Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation bar).

Scroll down to the Account section.

Tap Delete account.

Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears. Your account and all associated data will be permanently erased immediately.
What Gets Deleted
Confirming deletion permanently removes all of the following from our systems:
Authentication account — your Firebase Auth record, including your email address (if provided) and any linked Google account.
Sleep profile — your name, birth year, gender, and onboarding preferences stored during setup.
Sleep plan — your active repair plan, target bedtime, wake time, and schedule parameters.
Sleep sessions — all nightly sleep session records, estimated quality scores, and motion data.
Morning check-ins — all daily check-in responses, including wake results and restedness ratings.
Chat history — all conversations with the Somnic AI companion stored on your device and in the cloud.
App settings — notification preferences, alarm configuration, and all other in-app settings.
Feature suggestions — any feedback or feature ideas you submitted through the app.

Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Include the email address or name associated with your Somnia account in your message. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
